Our Story
ABOUT DR NIKKI COLLINS
A life shaped by inquiry, healing and transformation.
Psychologist, researcher, teacher and founder exploring the relationship between psychology, consciousness, culture and human transformation.
Dr Nikki Collins is a psychologist, researcher, yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, breathwork facilitator, hypnotherapist, Ayurvedic therapist, NLP Master Practitioner and founder.
Her path into psychology and mind–body healing began after a serious hit-and-run accident at 19, which left her facing a life of disability. When her medical team reached a dead end, they recommended mindfulness as a way to come to terms with what had happened. To her surprise she recovered, and what began as a personal search for healing became the foundation of her academic, therapeutic and spiritual work.
Nikki holds a PhD in Psychology and has trained across psychology, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, NLP, meditation, yoga, breathwork and contemplative practice. Her early work also included launching a children’s mindfulness toy to help young people learn emotional regulation, breathing and inner calm in an accessible, playful way.
Today, her work brings together academic research, field-based inquiry, therapeutic practice, humanitarian service and creative entrepreneurship. It is rooted in a love of people, culture, ritual, India, ancient wisdom traditions and the ways human beings make meaning, heal and transform.
