The Sacred,
Studied Seriously
Studying the practices that change the body, reshape the mind and ask bigger questions of consciousness.
The Long Story (Short).
Dr Nikki Collins is a psychologist, researcher, yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, breath work facilitator, hypnotherapist, Ayurvedic therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and founder whose work explores the relationship between psychology, consciousness, culture, healing, and human transformation.
Her path began with a serious hit-and-run accident at nineteen — and the unexpected recovery that followed. That search for healing became a life of research and practice, now based between India and Southeast Asia.
Research & Practice
Current research investigates whether ancient consciousness-based practices such as Panchakarma, yoga, Tantra, and Kriya produce measurable changes in the body, brain, nervous system, and subjective experience.
Her recent study tracked these changes with bio-photon emission measurement, brainwave tracking, heart coherence monitoring and daily psychological assessment — work that led to the Energy Coherence Index.

The Hudoo Project
Created to support communities experiencing crisis, trauma, and displacement.
The project focuses on making psychological support more accessible through community-based mental health education, culturally sensitive tools, and trauma-informed resources. Its aim is to help people support themselves and one another, especially in environments where access to traditional therapy may be limited or disrupted.
